Love It Or Return It

We strive for eggcellence in everything we produce, however on the odd occasion sometimes things don’t come up to scratch, or you are not happy with your purchase for some other reason. So we’ve developed a “love it or return it” guarantee on all our products and a no-quibble 10 year guarantee on all non-consumable parts.

We’re always looking at ways to improve our products so they perform better for you, so please don’t hesitate to get in contact if you’re unsatisfied in any way.

Love it or return it – Guarantee

This guarantee is probably the simplest guarantee in the world!

If you don’t love your purchase, for whatever reason, just return it to us within 30 days for a full refund – no questions asked

All we ask is for an original receipt or a credit / debit card statement as proof of purchase.

Our 10 year guarantee in an egg-shell:

10 Year Guarantee

All ecoegg products are guaranteed for a full 10 years from the date of purchase.

If your ecoegg product breaks or fails to perform correctly, just get in touch and we will send you a replacement. We will even pay for postage for the full 10 years.

This guarantee covers all non-consumable parts. It does not cover consumables.

Some small Terms & Conditions
  • Proof of purchase required. We will accept the original receipt or a copy of your credit/debit card statement.
  • Improper use of the product (in sole view of Ecoegg) is not covered under this guarantee
  • Accidental damage is not covered under this guarantee
  • Please allow 7 days for your replacement part to arrive
  • This warranty is governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
